e-Bioの公開のお知らせ Release of e-Bio

| 内 容 | このたびe-Bioというサイトを立ち上げ公開を始めました。これは、2006年以来５回開催したバイオインフォマティクスオンライントレーニングワークショップの拡張で、オンラインワークショップに加えてバイオサイエンス分野の講義の常時公開化、講義以外にチュートリアル、デモ、実験プロトコルなどの多様なe-learning教材の公開、などを目的としています。また、e-Bioは複数のワークショップを開催できるので、特定のトピックに関するオンラインワークショップ、通常の学会のチュートリアルセッション、録画した学会の講演のWebcast、などを計画しています。 _ e-Bio is an extension of the virtual training workshop on bioinformatics,held 5 times since 2006. We expand the scope of the workshop: to expand the field to bioscience; and to expand the category of e-learning materials including not only lectures but also tutorials, demos and protocols etc. We have also extended the availability of the e-learning materials not only limited to the annual workshops but also open all the year round. The e-Bio site is also capable of holding multiple workshops at the same time. We plan to have various training workshops on specific topics, tutorial sessions along with the ordinary conferences, and the webcasting of conference sessions. |
